Junior Fair (Youth) Registration

ENTRY DEADLINE

TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 2025 at MIDNIGHT

PREMIUM & RULES BOOK

• Read the JUNIOR FAIR PREMIUM & RULES BOOK before signing up for your exhibits. (This link will take you to our google drive where you can view, download and print Fair Rules, Department specific information and class/premium lists.)
  

• Please review all General and Department specific rules carefully - not following the rules can result in your exhibit placing being marked down, disqualification and/or loss of premiums. We're happy to help with any questions that you have!

LOGGING INTO FAIR ENTRY

• EVERYONE: Choose "As An Exhibitor" under "How would you like to participate?"
• 4-H MEMBERS: Log in using "Sign in with 4HOnline" (GREEN - first option)
  INSTRUCTIONS: Fair Entry for 4-H MEMBERS
• ALL OTHER YOUTH: Log in using "Sign in with Fair Entry" (BLUE - second option)
  INSTRUCTIONS: Fair Entry for NON 4-H YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS

ENTRY FEES

Entries are .50 per exhibit (item) entered

Fees will be collected or paid for by your Club/Chapter/Group. Please contact your organization leader directly for how this works in your club/group.

FAIR TICKETS/JUNIOR FAIR WRISTBANDS

All youth, parents, family members, siblings, youth leaders, volunteers, etc. need to have a wristband, membership or daily ticket to enter the Fair July 30 - August 3. (No admission fees on pre-fair judging days, July 28 & 29).

• Youth Exhibitor (& Sibling) Wristbands are available for $8/youth. These will be available from your club/group leader ONLY. Youth wristbands include admission into the Fair all 5 days (including entertainment, music & grandstand shows). They DO NOT include Carnival Rides. You must purchase Daily Admission Tickets for carnival Rides.

  • Club/Group Ticket Order Form (for clubs that wish to order as a group)
  • Where do I buy tickets if my club is not selling them? Several local retailers will start selling tickets mid-June (Festival Foods Osh, Neenah & Menasha, Piggly Wiggly Osh & Omro ONLY, Winnebago County Parks Department @JPCC - the same building the 4-H/Extension office is in...)
  • Youth 3 and under are FREE (no carnival rides)
