Welcome to the 2025 Sterling Fair!

Families are encouraged to add all exhibitors and entries for their family members prior to submitting their entries for payment in the system. If you submit your entries before you've added all exhibitors, please note that you must wait for your invoice to be approved before you can add any more exhibitors or entries to a new invoice.

Important Notice for Exhibitors – Vendor ID Requirement

Beginning in 2025, all exhibitors who do not have a Vendor ID with the Town of Sterling must complete a Request for New Vendor form.

To process payments, the Town requires a Social Security number. If you prefer not to include your SSN directly on the form, a representative from the Town Treasurer's Office will contact you to collect this information before any payment can be issued.

As a town-run fair, we are required to comply with Massachusetts payment and procurement laws. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
