The Clearwater County Fair begins on July 30th, 2025 and runs through August 3rd 2025.

Fair entry will be open from June 1st to June 30,2025.

Demonstrations and Performing Arts will be JUDGED at the Bagley High School Auditorium on July 15, 2025.

Youth will still SHOWCASE their Demonstrations and Performing Arts projects on Wednesday, July 30th of the County Fair during the Fashion Revue at the Stage in the Pines for the General Public to enjoy, as well as the awarding of Grand and Reserve Champions will happen at that point.

Fashion Revue, Purchased Clothing and Constructed Clothing JUDGING only will take place on July 17th in the 4-H Exhibit Hall/Foodstand.

Fashion Revue for the general public along with Ribbons/Awards will take place at the Stage in the Pines on Wednesday, July 30.

4-H Static Entry Judging and Livestock Interviews will take place on July 29th.

If your child would benefit using the special consideration form please fill the form out and return it to the office before the fair. Depending on what type of accommodation(s) is needed before the event or judging more time may be needed. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate their needs.
